Chat Muse (hereinafter referred to as “this product”) is an AI tool product developed, operated and managed by Zhengzhou Lingchao Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “we”). In order to better provide you with products and services, please carefully read and fully understand this agreement before starting to use this product, especially the terms involving exemption or limitation of liability, rights licensing and information use, agreeing to open And the terms of using special individual services, applicable laws and dispute resolution terms, etc. Among them, important content such as exemption or limitation of liability clauses will remind you to pay attention in bold, and you should focus on reading. Once you use this product, you are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by this agreement and other agreements and rules related to this agreement (including but not limited to “Chat Muse Privacy Policy”).
If you are a minor under the age of 18, you should read the terms of this agreement and use this product accompanied by your guardian, and use this product with your guardian’s confirmation and consent. 2. About Chat Muse

Chat Muse is a powerful AI tool product launched by us.
Chat Muse mainly includes the following functions:
AI function: Use the AI chat function, enter the question you want to ask, and AI will give an accurate answer.
VIP membership service: You can obtain VIP membership benefits by paying for purchases, such as: unlimited questions.

3. Third-party products and services

3.1 During the use of this product, you may come into contact with products or services provided by third parties in the following ways:

Jump links: Some content provided by third parties will be provided to you through jump links.
Embedding third-party services: Some functions of this product need to be provided to you by embedding third-party services, including anti-fraud and anti-cheating functions, advertising service functions, etc.
Use the system interface: This product may need to call the system interface to support your use and access, for example, you need to use the API provided by the Android system and the API provided by the Android WebView to support browsing.
Mobile country code (MCC) data collection: We may collect your MCC data for geographic positioning and provide different content services according to your country. 4. Software License and Use

The sole purpose of this license is to enable you to use the product in the manner permitted by this agreement. You agree to use this product only for personal and non-commercial purposes permitted by this Agreement and any applicable laws, regulations or generally accepted practices and guidelines of the relevant jurisdiction.
All other rights not authorized by this agreement are still reserved by us, and you should obtain our written permission before exercising these rights. If we do not exercise any of the foregoing rights, this does not constitute a waiver of such rights.

4.2 Acquisition, installation, update and uninstallation of this product

You can obtain this product by downloading it from a third party authorized by us. **If you obtain this product or an installation program with the same name as this product from a third party not authorized by us, we cannot guarantee that the product can be used normally, and we have nothing to do with any loss you suffer. **
We have developed different application software versions for different terminal devices, you need to obtain, download and install the appropriate version according to the actual device conditions.
In order to better improve user experience and services, we will provide updated versions of this product from time to time (including but not limited to software upgrades, replacements, new function development, etc.), and you can update the corresponding version as needed. After some or all of this product is updated, we will remind you in an appropriate way (including but not limited to system prompts, announcements, site messages, etc.), and you have the right to choose to accept the updated version; if you choose not to update, this product Some functions of the website may be restricted or may not work properly.
If you no longer use this product, you can uninstall the application software of this product by yourself. Considering that we cannot unilaterally know your uninstallation behavior, your personal data may continue to be stored in our server after you uninstall the software. If you want us to no longer retain your personal data after you uninstall this product, we recommend that you submit a request to us to delete your personal data before uninstalling this product. We will respond to your request in accordance with the procedures disclosed in the Chat Muse Privacy Policy.

5. Precautions for users

You shall be responsible for your use of this product. When using this product within the scope of this agreement, you shall not use this product to engage in the following acts:

Copying, changing, reverse engineering, disassembling, decompiling, disassembling, attempting to export its source code, decoding, and other acts of analyzing or copying the source code and ideas of this product;
Use any plug-ins, plug-ins, systems or third-party tools that are not authorized or licensed by us to interfere with, destroy, modify or otherwise affect the normal operation of this product;
Using or targeting this product to conduct any behavior that endangers computer network security, including but not limited to: using unauthorized data or entering unauthorized servers/accounts; entering public computer networks or other people’s computer systems without permission and deleting , modify, and increase stored information; without permission, attempt to probe, scan, test the weaknesses of the product system or network or conduct other behaviors that undermine network security; attempt to interfere with or destroy the normal operation of the product system or network, and intentionally spread malicious programs or viruses and other behaviors that disrupt and interfere with normal network information services; forge TCP/IP packet names or partial names;
Using this product to infringe on the legal rights or interests of others such as intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, and reputation rights;
Engage in other behaviors that violate policies and regulations, public order and good customs, and violate the legitimate rights and interests of other individuals, companies, social groups, and organizations.

5.2 Liability for breach of contract

**For your violation of this agreement or other terms of service, we have the right to independently judge and terminate the service to you without any prior notice. For suspected violations of laws and regulations and suspected crimes, we will keep relevant records, report to relevant competent authorities in accordance with the law, cooperate with relevant competent authorities in investigation, and have the right to pursue your relevant legal responsibilities.
If you violate the terms of this agreement or other agreements and cause third-party complaints or litigation claims, you should handle it yourself and bear all legal responsibilities that may arise therefrom. If we and our affiliated companies pay compensation to any third party or are punished by regulatory authorities due to your illegal or breach of contract, we have the right to require you to compensate for all losses. **

VII. Statement of Rights

7.1 We have corresponding legal rights to the information contained in this product that is protected by intellectual property laws or other laws and regulations, including but not limited to ownership, intellectual property rights (regardless of whether such rights have been registered/registered, or whether they exist anywhere in the world) local) and other relevant interests. Without our written permission, no one may use (including but not limited to monitoring, copying, spreading, displaying, mirroring, uploading, downloading through any robot, spider and other programs or devices), copy or use for other purposes.
7.2 We provide technical support for product development and operation, and enjoy all rights to all data and information generated during the development and operation of this product within the scope permitted by laws and regulations.
7.3 When you use this product, you shall not in any way cause any damage to the proprietary rights of us and/or its licensors, such as in a manner that may not cause confusion to the owner or authorized user of any trademark, name and logo Use such trademarks, names or logos, etc.

8. Force majeure and limitation of liability

**8.1 We do not guarantee the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of all third-party content or advertisements and other information (hereinafter collectively referred to as “third-party information”) that you obtain from this product. If any unit or individual conducts any behavior through the above-mentioned “third-party information”, you must identify the authenticity and carefully prevent risks by yourself.
8.2 We will make commercially and technically reasonable efforts to ensure the normal operation of all functions of this product, and take necessary measures reasonably and prudently to maintain the security of your information and data, but we cannot provide a complete guarantee for this. You understand and agree that we do not need to be liable for your losses (including but not limited to losses in property, income, data, etc.) under the following circumstances:

Due to force majeure factors such as typhoons, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, power outages, wars, and terrorist attacks, this product cannot function normally;
Service interruption or delay of this product due to computer viruses, Trojan horses, other malicious programs, hacker attacks, technical adjustments or failures of telecommunications departments and network operating companies, system maintenance, etc.;
Interruption, termination or delay of the service of this product due to changes in laws and regulations, orders and rulings of judicial and administrative agencies, etc.;
Your illegal use of this product or your loss caused by improper operation. **

9. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 The signing place of this agreement is Zhengzhou.
9.2 The establishment, entry into force, interpretation, performance, dispute resolution, or other matters of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the People’s Republic of China, and its conflict of law rules shall not apply.
9.3 Any dispute, dispute, disagreement or claim arising out of or related to this agreement (and related privacy agreement), including the existence, validity, interpretation, performance, violation or termination of the agreement, or any dispute arising out of or related to this agreement Any non-contractual disputes related to it shall be submitted to the people’s court of the place where this Agreement is signed for settlement.

10. Other Terms

10.1 “Chat Muse Privacy Policy” is an integral part of this agreement, and we have the right to modify this agreement and/or related agreement terms when necessary. When we change the terms of this agreement, we will notify you of the changes or additions in this product, and urge you to agree or reject the revised terms of this agreement.
10.2 After the terms of this agreement are changed, if you continue to use the service, you are deemed to have accepted the revised agreement. If you do not agree to the changes or additions, you have the right to terminate this agreement and stop using this product.
10.3 Regardless of the reason, if part of the terms of this agreement is invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the rest of the terms which are still valid and legally binding on you and us.
